China Taisan Limited

The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 2 July 2007 under the name of China Taisan Technology Group Holdings Pte Ltd. On 16 April 2008, it was converted into a public limited company and assumes the present name. China Taisan is one of the leading manufacturers in China of knitted fabrics used for sports and leisure apparel. Its products comprise performance fabrics and normal fabrics which are mainly sold to textile traders and sports and leisure apparel manufactures located in China.

The Group’s business activities can be segmented into a) Manufacturing and sale of performance fabrics, b) Manufacturing and sale of normal fabrics, c) Provision of fabric processing services. Currently the Group's revenue is mainly derived from manufacturing and sale of performance fabrics.

The Group’s production facilities are located at Zhendong Development Area, Dongcheng, Dongshi Town, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province of China.
