As the only specialist caterer in Singapore that offers an award winning and unique kaiten (conveyor belt) sushi experience, Nouvelle Events is also the Central Kitchen of the Group. Apex-Pal is also involved in franchising its brands – Sakae Sushi and Crepes & Cream, food import and distribution as well as business-to-business supplies.
